Grief and Loss

Grief is a complicated process.  Whether you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one through death or divorce, or you’ve lost someone or something else in another way, the process of adjusting to the changes you feel can be long and exhausting.

Just when you think you’re feeling better and finding a little acceptance or peace, here it comes again, and you start to think you’ll never feel better. While you may never be the same, you can feel better. Therapy can help by supporting you as you move through the grief process, particularly if you find you want to avoid it.
