We take pride in offering quality care and support to each child we serve. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To help us best serve all our clients, please review our appointment and cancellation policy below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weekly Appointments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend booking weekly sessions well in advance to ensure availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Package Purchase<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therapy packages should be purchased at the beginning of the scheduled sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late Arrivals<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the full fee applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Notice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 100% administrative fee\u200b will be charged for any meeting cancelled less than 24 hours\u200b prior to the scheduled time, unless a valid medical certificate is provided as documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclement Weather Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For cancellations due to severe weather, please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No-Show\/No-Call<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequent Cancellations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients missing more than 25% of scheduled appointments may lose their time slot. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to removal from the schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groups and Camps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations must be made <strong>at least 24 hours before the class<\/strong> by phone\/WhatsApp\/WeChat\/email. However,<strong> notice of absence can be given less than 24 hours before the class if a valid medical certificate will be presented afterward<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All tuition payments are nonrefundable.<\/strong> However, <strong>we offer clinic credit<\/strong> for future visits equivalent to the tuition amount paid within six (6) months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for valuing the time of our therapists.
